If you are new to yoga or are an expert practitioner, we have a variety of classes to suit your ability.  We currently host the following classes:

Try not to eat any food for at least 30 minutes before a class and ensure you drink plenty of water afterwards in order to rehydrate your body. 

Please arrive 15 minutes before each class.
