Yunga Yoga
Yunga Yoga is a fun yoga class for children between the ages of 3 and 11. Taking children on a fun adventure involving animal poses, stories, breathing and relaxation, they will learn techniques of good health, improved self-esteem and will be able to navigate life's challenges with a little more ease. Yoga is non-competitive and fosters co-operation and compassion as well as the much needed concentration and calm! With vivid and active imaginations, children get to tell stories while working through the asanas (yoga postures), like lion, tree, pigeon, warrior etc. Partner work is fun and social and the classes end with guided relaxation which stimulate the mind while relaxing the body. Classes are held at local schools as well as Holiday Workshops in Weybridge.
