Postnatal Yoga classes include a gentle progression of yoga poses for toning your body and renewing your strength while helping to alleviate the stress incurred by giving birth. These classes are for women who have already passed their 6-week check up with their doctors and it is open to anyone regardless of previous yoga experience.
