We provide you with simple exercises that you can practice at home during the different stages of your pregnancy. Women are empowered to feel confident in their ability to give birth. The yoga postures and movements will provide more space for the baby and alleviate many pregnancy discomforts. Every class ends with a deep relaxation allowing the body to release tensions and the mind to become still. Both mother and baby are nourished and energy is renewed. Classes are open to women who are 14 to 30 weeks pregnant regardless of whether they have done yoga before. |
